This is my second time staying at this hotel, and the staff's attitude and service are excellent. Although the building is a bit old, it's clear they've put a lot of effort into maintaining it. The rooms are not only clean, but also well-equipped.

Well kept room, very quiet despite being in a busy entertainment sector. Environmental concerns well addressed. Comfortable bed. good price for a hotel close to major shopping/cultural event center.

Very nice hotel reception compare to others in Nagoya. The neighborhood is in the heart of Nishiki where nightlife is alive and kicking and yet, you would not hear or be disturb in the hotel in your rooms. Expensive and affordable restaurants around. Konbinis at your reach just beside the hotel. We even had the Mirai tower as view from our window every night.

empressed with excellent service

it surprized me when i found a water purifier in th room. There was a coffee machine with capsules provided, for free. Clean, spacious, quiet place. Lacation couldnt be better. 25minuit walk to Nagoya Castle.

Great location, rooms, and amazing staff

The hotel was excellent. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean and the hotel staff were quick to respond to any requests. The location is particularly good for people who want to enjoy the nightlife in Sakae, and there are plenty of other locations that are in easy walking distance from the hotel. My only complaint was the breakfast that the hotel offered at its in-house restaurant. I tried nearly everything that was offered during breakfast, and the food was only adequate. In my opinion, the breakfast was not worth the price. The restaurant meals at other times of day might be really good, but breakfast was so average I didn't bother trying lunch or dinner.

Hotel is less than 10 min walk from the station. I really like that there's a water dispenser in the room. Room was surprisingly larger than expected for Japanese hotels. Internet was also quite fast.
