"Great location and a nice big room as we both had a big suitcase to contend with. Easy check in and the staff were very helpful. The laundry facilities were good as we managed to get a load of washing done which was helpful as we are on a 4 week trip."

"The name of the hotel is not what I expected. I reserved “comfort hotel” when arrive in Nagano nobody knew this name. Went to info a the station , a very nice lady called the phone # that I have. Hotel has been renamed 2 years ago in “smile hotel” Very confusing. Rooms are tiny, small bed for 2. ..."
