"Amazing stay - couldn’t recommend more. The staff are incredibly attentive and helpful, the hotel is set in a beautiful location and the entire experience is flawless. The food is excellent as well, although it’s worth noting that both the dinner and breakfast are very generous meals - best not to eat too much beforehand! "This was one of the most incredible experiences we had in Japan. The staff and service level are extraordinary. The 8 or 10 course meals at dinner and breakfast were an unbelievable experience. We traveled with young kids with varying degrees of adventurous eating and the staff was able to prepare dishes that were more western (mini sausages, fries, sunny side eggs). THE HOTEL SANRAKU KANAZAWA

10/10 Excellent

"The hotel was fabulous and the staff on reception were amazing especially when an aggressive Go Driver made me pay on credit card for the fare despite me ordering on the app so effectively he charged me twice - the reception staff rang the taxi company to make the driver return and refund the money they were exceptional. The room was beautiful large bed and cleaned immaculately by the cleaning staff would definitely recommend as just near the park with the castle and about a ten minute walk from the historical areas. Would definitely return to this hotel"

"The absolute best stay of my entire trip! Pros:Incredible Room & Amenities: The room layout is brilliantly designed and very spacious. I could fully open my large luggage and still have plenty of room to move around. Luxury Bathroom Perks: I was thrilled to find they provide a premium ReFa hair dryer, ReFa shower head, and high-quality shampoo and soap! Hiker's Dream: Having an in-room microwave and a washer/dryer was a total game-changer after my hiking trips. They also rent out kitchen equipment, which was incredibly handy for cutting fresh fruits. Unbeatable Location: Fantastic spot—very close to both Kanazawa Castle and Omicho Market.Amazing Value: Surprisingly, the room rates here were the lowest compared to my stays in Takayama and Nagoya. Cons:Slight Noise Issue: The only downside was that the soundproofing wasn't very good. Even up on level 8, I could still hear the street vehicles outside. Despite the minor noise, it's still an incredible value. Highly, highly recommend and I would stay here again in a heartbeat!"

"Clean modern stylish quiet safe comfortable place to stay convenient to everything. Appreciated the in room fridge and would have loved an in room microwave instead of having to go to another floor to use one. Hotel staff very helpful as I asked for a scent free room and they provided that. A bit of a hassle to have to get a new onsen access card each day. Overall a good start and would stay here again."
