Do not even think about accusing people unless you have grounds. Lucky that we already checked out before this happened. When family member came to pick up the bike, he was given an inconvenience, staff locked up his bike and was forced to wait. We will never stay at this hotel again and do not recommend it due to incompetent staff. To the owner, you will go bankrupt if the car keeps going without a driver. Don’t drive blind and hire competent representatives. "
