"We were to check in at 12pm. We arrived the facility at about 3pm. The rooms were still dirty at the time of arrival, they finally got cleaned at 5pm. The hot water was not functional. Staff attitude to work was horrible. They appeared less concerned to our plight and were very slow towards their duties. "

The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the all-inclusive food and drinks were excellent. The pools were clean, the rooms comfortable, and the whole atmosphere was relaxing. I’d definitely come back and recommend it to anyone looking for a great beach holiday in Kenya."
