"Bed was comfortable. Location was perfect. Housekeeping needs some work. The 1st room had dog feces in the bathroom when we checked in. So, they moved us. The 2nd room had dead bugs on the couch, assuming from the lights, items under the bed and the patio was filthy. We paid almost $200 for the room. ..."

Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Norton Shores/Muskegon
"Hotel was disgusting. There was black mold in the bathroom and my son woke up with bites all over his legs. Desk staff was no help. Said there were no other rooms available and a man who did not speak english came in and sprayed the mold with bleach and left. Do not stay here!"
