"This hotel and its staff were very welcoming and engaging. We were welcomed by Charlotte. She’s so nice. Nicholas was a great help especially with the flight early the next day. Amazing team. Wonderful stay. Rooms were always cleaned. Beach view was phenomenal. No air conditioning unit but nature’s wind were the best. P.S. The pillows and the bed! Awesome!"

"Great hotel and in an excellent location for the train station. It is about a 15 - 20 min walk to the Old Town where there are loads of restaurants and bars. We didn’t have breakfast in the hotel choosing to use the local boulangeries which had delicious pastries. We had a triple room on the fourth floor (room 401) which overlooked the garden area. Balcony had the sun in the afternoon. Room clean and shower powerful. Beds were comfy as were the pillows. Had a fridge, coffee maker (with pods) and a kettle. Staff were very friendly and let us store our luggage as we arrived a few hours before check in at 3pm. "

"The room was clean and the staff were helpful and friendly. The hotel is within walking distance from Nice railway station, though the route involves a slight downhill walk. There are several restaurants nearby, and the Promenade is about a 15–20 minute walk from the property. One inconvenience was that the sliding bathroom door in our room was broken and did not have a latch. The elevator was also very compact, and our family of four could barely fit in with our luggage. There was also an issue with the property tax being charged incorrectly. After we pointed it out, the staff verified it and reimbursed the extra amount in cash, which we appreciated. Overall, the room was reasonable for the price. Having a kettle in the room would have been a nice value addition. 🏨"

"They have a breakfast available every morning but you have to pay for it. Many shops nearby that the man at the counter told us about. He was also very helpful in general. Everyone also knew English and was very accommodating."

"We stayed 4 nights, and it was the best location. Close to the old town, 15 min walk. Close to the train station, 10 min walk. Staff was kind and amazing, the hotel and room was very clean. Highly recommend this hotel, we will definitely be coming back with our family."

"All as expected. This is s budget hotel, but great for that specification. Niceness located nearer the railway station. 10 minuets walk to there promenade. Would stay again. "
