"Easy check-in process and right in the middle of downtown. We were able to store our bags when arriving in the morning before we could enter the room. Very close to tram/bus stop that goes to the airport and Shinkansen train station. The beds were comfortable but a little on the softer side, and the amenities provided were very nice. Recommended!"

"Likes: The unit has a very pleasing interior with modern amenities. Access is secure, and is gained by entering codes on touch panels. The kitchen is well equipped. The bedroom is spacious, which was very welcome in Japan. Proximity to the train station and local streetcar station, and to the Sakurajima ferry, was very convenient. Having a grocery nearby was convenient, since we did quite a bit of cooking in the kitchen. Areas for improvement: There is not enough lighting at the wash basin, making it difficult to see when brushing teeth or shaving. Would help to have a recessed spotlight above the wash basin, or lighting above the mirror. Also, lighting above the right bed is dim. Would be desirable to have a recessed spotlight above the right bed. Did not like: The proximity to the train station resulted in a constant loud rumble of trains coming and going that was bothersome, that one has to block out."
