"Shabby gimmick in very poor neighborhood. No hot food between lunch and 8pm. No seats on balconies and the worst noise insulation windows ever experienced. Pop music blares at night until past 11pm with crows shouting outside the windows. Breakfast not home baked - think supermarket shrik wrapped croissants and other cakes. "

"Excellent hosts who think if everything. Property is in the ideal location to walk the city from. Breakfast is delicious & plentiful. Decor and general feel of the place is tasteful and perfect. Highly recommend."

"The hotel itself is great, a good location, nice restaurants, clean spacious rooms, and friendly/helpful staff. We only had two challenges, one was keeping the room at a comfortable temperature, appears it is controlled by the front desk and was either freezing or a bit warm. Our other challenge was with the conceige, Gustavo, who couldn't deliver on his commitment to provide and English tour of the Bonfonti winery. At the last minute we were told the English tour would be an additional $40 after we paid an agreed price. Qhe we pushed back he said it was all sorted but when we arrived there was no English tour. Gustavo tried to compensate with a bottle of wine, which was good, but still we felt deceived. Other than that, it was all good"

"Personal muy amable, ubicado frente a un parque, cerca del centro, diseño muy bonito, habitación linda con un pequeño balcón y terraza, desayuno básico pero tiene lo necesario, sin duda lo recomendaría."

"Overall this was a great hotel for the price. Although its on the older side everything is clean and functional. Breakfast was a bonus with a good variety that included bacon and eggs, fruit and pastries and meat and cheeses. The staff were all super helpful and friendly. Plus the location is close to all the main sites, restaurants and tours in the City. I would stay again. "
