"Excellent location. Hotel is located just next to the OCAT bus terminal. So we took OCAT from KIX straight to the bus terminal. Very convenient. There’s the subway next to the hotel and a short 10 walk to Namba main shopping street. There’s also a Family Mart at the basement of the hotel building. A supermarket outside at the corner. We stayed 3 nights, couldn’t hear noise from neighbors which was good. Will stay here again on our upcoming Osaka trip. Drip coffee pod machine in the room was a pleasant bonus surprise! "

"Always a great experience. The staff was knowledgeable, patient and kind. The room was quite spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The location is also excellent. It has a great view of ten-shiba and is a 5 minute walk from Tennoji Station. "

"Very helpful and accommodating staff. The onsite baths and laundry we're above my expectations. I enjoyed the 24 hour access and how nearby it was to food and entertainment. "

"The lady at the front that helped me was very helpful. Price was great and the room was clean. Only issue I had was the bed was uncomfortable but for the price it was worth it. I just needed a place to stay for the night and this did it. I would recommend if you’re on a budget. "
