"I was promised Wi-fi, but it took 3 days before I was able to connect because the Wi-fi service had not been paid by the owner. The windows did not stay open, and needed something to keep them open, which was not supplied. The kitchen was bare of necesities for food preparation (e.g., oi, spices). Communication always took a long time to get a response. TV channels and aps were limited."

"Excellent, very reasonably priced accommodation in Santiago's neighbourhood teeming with students.
Plenty of reasonably priced, good quality restaurants in the vicinity.
The town's historical centre is 10 minutes away by walking.
The hosts are friendly, and your breakfast (very nice!) will be delivered to your room at the time of your choice.
RECOMMENDED!!"

"Hotel is pristine and well maintained. Staff are fabulous; genuinely friendly and helpful. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and our regular interactions with Vivian, thank you for all of your help! The area around the hotel is not the greatest, but the hotel more than makes up for it."

Hotel HW Libertad
10/10 Excellent
"Look for High Wellness HW name on 2828 Romero Street. Libertad name is not visible at street level. Get on elevator on ground floor go to third floor (Button 3 in elevator needs label indicating Hotel). Hotel check-in lobby is on third floor."
"This was my second booking at the hotel...I liked it so I wanted to stay longer. The room was great and the staff was kind and sooo helpful and I had the buffet breakfast each day and it was a great way to start the day with a dining room full of nice people. Another aspect of this hotel that was amazing is the location. It is near a bus station to take the big tour buses all over the country and international, plus the airport for what is about $2.30 USD and its a nice bus. The Central train station is up the street and the Metro and a big shopping center with a large supermarket with lots of wine and liquer and beer. And the shopping in the area is extensive--nice shops to stalls and hundreds of options. "
"We only passed through on an extended layover but the room was clean and comfortable and the host was excellent. We had to leave very early in the morning and were grateful for the breakfast being ready for us in the morning. Felt very safe and secure even in the heart of the city. Would stay here again!"
"This is an affordable option. The room rate is low, and the $2 Turbus to the terminal next door to the hotel will save you $20 compared to the cost of an airport taxi.
A bonus: the reception staff was especially friendly.
As a budget option, the Nobile Inn doesn't offer luxury. I was warned about safety in the neighborhood at night, but I only went out during the day. On balance, this hotel is more than adequate for frugal travelers."
"El lugar es hermoso... Para que la estadía fuera más confortable deberían incorporar algunas cositas como lugares para poner la maletas. Perchero etcétera. Tampoco hay ni siquiera una silla pequeñas cositas que harían mucho más confortable la estadía por lo demás todo muy bien"
"Please inform guess they're going to a migrant shelter with no rules, loud music loud guest congrar and talk laugh until wee hours of the morning making it defficult to 😴 saw two roach! 2 🚽 1 🚿 for 16+ room's on ground floor 💡 went out twice in less than a hour, carpet not cleaned pillow case had a huge stain and lumpy😳 sheet's are thin and slip's off the plastic covered matrass 😔 thankfully I travel with my own lining 👍 area is a bit sketchy at night however it was quiet compare to inside !
