"We had an amazing stay at Mansion Alcazar. The hotel has this classic cozy vibe and the room was incredibly beautiful!! It has also a great location near Cuenca's historic centre, but far enough so that the noise and movement of people didn't disturb us. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and assorted, we enjoyed local cuisine as well as american-style dishes. The Staff were super friendly and even helped us reserve a local tour to Cajas. If I had just one suggestion, is that our room was probably near the kitchen and in the early morning while sleeping we could hear the Staff talking and we woke up. As I said, probably due to our room's location. However, we would still return anytime!"

"Charming, older property. Breakfast provided in the morning. Maria(host) was very accommodating & nice. Good location to walk almost everywhere or catch a cab if needed. Restaurants & stores nearby. Soap provided, but bring your own amenities (shampoo, conditioner). Hair dryer available to borrow from front desk. Enjoyed our stay. "
