"Our room was a standard room which was on the small side. The bathroom was clean but the room carpet was stained probably from tea and coffee.
Unfortunately when we stayed there was building work happening on the establishment next door and each morning we were woken by the builders arriving, speaking loudly to each other and also swearing.we were not informed of this before we turned up! On our first night we were kept awake by the people in the room underneath.

"Sarah, one of the check in staff on main reception, was absolutely excellent. Outstanding customer service. The hotel was clean, spacious and perfectly laid out and I had a great stay."
"Old Fashioned Hotel. Gardens. Right by the sea and close to the City Centre. Very good water pressure for shower.
Had small double room which was fine as only there to sleep. A long walk to get to lift for my room.
Charge £5 extra a day to use the pool.
Exceptional service - best I've ever experienced.
Stayed an extra night I was so comfortable there.
Thank you."
"Swimming pool and games room was great. Room size was a bit small and shower had not much force but given the price and location it was excellent value for money. Staff was friendly and helpful, will happily stay again"
"Clean hotel and room. Excellent customer service and lovely Spa area with no time limitations. The Spa was only ten pounds each extra on top of our 3 night stay to use whenever we liked between 6am and 8am. Amazing x Breakfast was a variety of foods and was very delicious x"
"Lovely clean slightly dated bedroom , as stated very clean apart from the tv remote control which was at best unhygienic. Very impressed with warm pool . Friendly reception staff . Will certainly return "
"The breakfast was varied and fresh. The staff were excellent, Yuko on reception and Tom who looked after us with afternoon tea, where both exceptional and a credit to the hotel, both were very professional and polite. The afternoon tea was superb, and the bar lounge area was very comfortable in front of an open fire Parking felt safe, we had a Horsebox which was cater for."
