"Everything was clean and perfect hotel felt safe and staff was very nice"

"The front desk staff was helpful and professional. The breakfast was not good but The housekeeping staff was my only real problem during my stay. My boyfriend and I had just settled in to relax around 4:30pm on our first day there. Well housekeeping used their master key and walked into my room while we were unclothed on our bed. I confronted her and she said she didn’t speak English and apologized. At breakfast on Saturday morning, the housekeeper swept my foot and I was wearing sandals, with the broom while I was making my plate. Just unacceptable. "

"I used Expedia to book a room so it didn’t say pay extra at the room I didn’t have because I had already paid now I can’t get my 310.00 back and I didn’t even get to stay in the room just go to the hotels your self save you some money and trouble not using again won’t get any more free money off me"

"We were provided with no towels and no shampoo. There was no coffee maker in the room. The shower valve leaked badly. There was no desk agent most of the time. They had this weird video kiosk connected to a person in India."

"The hotel was very well maintained and staffed. The welcome staff at the front desk were so awesome when we arrived. The valet was attentive and great to talk with. The place looked to newly remodeled with new furniture and paint. The daily breakfast was great with Costa coffee! Very convenient to Ted Grill, The Tabernacle and nice walking distance to the aquarium and Coca Cola."
