"Booked a non-refundable room. Got an email after I booked that the pool was closed. Did not see the email until after my plane landed. In the pool notice they failed to mention the entire hotel has been under construction. When I brought up the lack of transparnecy with the front desk they were rude and argued with me. I urged them to look on their own website and on hotels.com to see for themselves that nothing is posted about the closed pool regardless of how long it has been out of service for. Overall a terrible experience. Was booked for 2 nights but checked out the next morning to find a different accommodation. Will never be back and will not recommend - especially if you have kids. "

"We spent 3 nights at the hotel and we truly enjoyed the place. The rooms are comfy and very functional and the property really nice, with a beautiful garden full of chirping birds and so close to the sea and harbour. The restaurant across the street owned by the property offers healthy breakfast and meals and has a beautiful view on the sea. Very happy we made this choice."

"Staff were friendly, the pics online make it look nicer than it is. The swim up bar doesn’t exist, just seats in the pool. They have a shuttle but you still have to pay to get a ride."

"We had a wonderful stay and were very happy with our choice. The apartment is in a new building and was clean, modern, and beautifully furnished and decorated. It had a full kitchen. Air conditioning throughout the apartment and worked perfectly, and the TV was connected to Netflix, which was a nice bonus. The best part was the location. Everything was within walking distance, including major city landmarks, great restaurants, and bars. The water taxi was just around the corner, and the building is located on the same street as the Museum of Belize and the Central Bank. We didn’t need to use taxis at all and were able to walk everywhere. The host also prepared a very detailed guidebook for the area, including recommendations for grocery stores, souvenir shopping, sightseeing, dining, and a list of tours with convenient pickup and drop-off at the building. Overall, it offered great value and we would gladly stay here again."
