the property is in a good safe area but be prepared to pay for your guest to come visit you they charge 30 dollars a person to come up to visit you that's friends and family if you have any that lives in belize just something to be mindful of if you decide to stay here

Area was not the greatest. Hotel was old and not cute at all. Room was dingy and hot water was luke warm. The staff was friendly and helped out a lot. Owners need to do better. Pool was okay but hot tube did not work so what’s the point to have water in there collecting bugs. Not worth it. The only good thing was it was a $7 cab ride to the good areas.

Great hotel and great location. Easy to walk to stores, restaurants and roadside food stands. Amazing panoramic view on the rooftop, with nice 4ft pool and lots of seating. Complimentary breakfast was delicious every morning. Good lunch and dinner menus. Snacks, drinks and first aid items available for purchase in lobby. You can easily get a taxi or local bus to anywhere in the city.

No microwave, no cups and no remote control in the room. Pool area was nice but it was a bunch of beer bottles over the place. Pool view excellent and customer service at the desk was excellent out standing

The place is a dive but then it’s in Belize City and one night didn’t kill me. At best this is a 25 dollar per night hotel. Pictures very deceiving sketchy area as well

Very helpful staff with our last minute reservation and the restaurant food was good. Room-Little odd with the only partly frosted glass bathroom door and window into the bathroom thus needing curtains. Pool area was nice and clean, great view.
