"Do not book this hotel at the last minute if you are arriving late at night. I arrived, and the entire place was dark. There were no check-in instructions provided with the confirmation email, and the hotel would not answer the phone number. As a result, I was sitting in their parking lot until 1:30am, and hotels.com was not helpful at all. This hotel should not accept last minute bookings, if they are not available 24 hours/day, and it's concerning that they do not answer the published phone...

Was uns nicht gefallen hat, war der Transfer mit Danaos Travel vom Flughafen Heraklion aus. Hier die Empfehlung mit eigenem Leihwagen oder den privaten Transfer anzureisen. "Wir hatten eine Suite mit Privatpool. Das Hotel liegt abseits von der Innenstadt, die man jedoch mit dem Bus im halben stündigen Abstand gut erreichen kann. Eine einzige Taverne ist fußläufig in der Nähe, wenn man auswärts essen möchte. Das Essen wird im Buffet angeboten. Das Personal ist immer nett und höflich, aber es gibt viel Personal was kein englisch, deutsch oder selbst griechisch sprechen kann. Die Verständigung war somit schwierig. Das Putzpersonal ist unfähig gewesen frische Handtücher...
