"The ambiance with nice decor, tango music, classic accents throughout tells you that the hotel wants to give the visitor the full experience. The staff is extremely courteous and made me feel like a VIP. They offered to make a reservation to a show on our behalf. More impressively is the fact that they placed a small bottle of champagne on ice with two glasses for my birthday. We also received a room upgrade as Platinum Expedia members. The only areas of improvement are: better quality coffee and the fact that they were always out of scrambled eggs for breakfast."

"Great location for bars, restaurants, cafes and san telmo market, and was easy to catch Ubers to other parts of city. Lovely big, modern and light room with great size bed. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Great stay!"

"We had a great time, the location is perfect, all staff are really nice and welcoming, specially the cleaning manager, she was really helpful, professional and friendly. Front desk staff was very thoughtful and friendly as well specially the last day of our stay. Thank you for making our stay a great experience. We definitely will come back."
