The staff were very helpful and they all speak very good English. The breakfast was nice and healthy. We had the most economical room and it may be worth upgrading a bit because you get a tiny room on the third floor and the door hinge was a bit crooked and had a space. We could not have any access to the garden downstairs which you could see in the pic. It is a very narrow tall building. So if you cannot go up on staircase well or have lots of luggage, try to pick the rooms on the first floor. It’s close to Sunday’s market. To go to Palmero you need to take a taxi for 25-30 mins.

The staff was helpful and the room was very clean. The only thing that I believed from the pictures is that the room would be bigger. But it was a great stay with a very nice breakfast.

Amazing boutique hotel

Second night we stayed during a trip to BA. The hotel is amazing with incredibly friendly staff! Comfortable stay and nothing to dislike about this unique place in the heart of San Telmo neighborhood. Will love to stay there again if ever visit Buenos Aires again.

Perfectly lovely stay

This is a really great hotel stay on a budget. Charming, unique, clean, comfortable, no frills yet had everything we needed. The staff is super friendly, welcoming, and very helpful. The free continental breakfast was so fresh and delicious! It is within walking distance to all of the major sights in the San Telmo neighborhood. I will definitely stay there again if I have the chance to return to Buenos Aires!

This is a great small boutique hotel a couple blocks from the San Telmo Market. The staff was professional and attentive. The whole architecture is interesting. The beds were comfortable. Bathroom can be very slippery. Overall, great spot. We stayed 4 nights.

Unique in the best way

Amazing boutique hotel with unmistakable French charm from every angle. Very friendly staff and they go out of their way to make the clients stay and experience memorable in the best way possible. Highly recommend to stay short or long period as it’s one of a kind boutique hotel in one of the best neighborhood of Buenos Aires to access all the must see sights. Great!

Highly recommended -- convenient location, clean, friendly helpful staff. The only area I think could be improved is the massage service. I booked the “Total Relaxation Massage” and the technique felt more like oil application with very minimal pressure, even after I asked for more. Overall, I still really enjoyed my stay and hope to try the spa again in the future.

Stayed at L'Adresse after a trip to Anarctica. First off the Hotel Staff is great and very helpful while we were in BA. With that said the hotel is really about a 2 1/2 star. It is the loudest hotel I've ever stayed at. The busses run 24/7 right down Bolívar Street. It was crazy loud. The staff also asked us to keep the A/C at 24 deg C. Can't do that. The rooms are just ok. Nothing special. The breakfast is nothing to right home about. I might be spoiled staying at nice places globally and the cost and location was the draw. Personally I'd pay more for a nicer place.

The streets were very dirty. The hotel area is not safe at night, but it was close to the Sunday market and walking distance to many attractions. The decor was minimal the room required maintenance. We were on the third floor with no elevator so 61 steps up. The staff was very accommodating and the coffee was good.

Cozy and welcoming place to stay in a delightful part of Buenos Aires. I spent four days here and enjoyed it a great deal. Helpful, professional, and charming staff - Melinda answered so many of my questions thoughtfully and patiently. Responsive online to questions ahead of my visit. Set up my ride from the airport. Excellent breakfast, with lots of hot and cold selections. The room was very clean and welcoming. The location was perfect for San Telmo explorations and close to other places of interest in the area. A "hop on, hop off"-style bus can be picked up at the park down the street and used to travel throughout the city. Highly recommended. Would definitely stay here again. Note: request a bottom floor room, if unable to take stairs.

We had high hopes for this place. Cool name, trendy revitalized neighborhood, and beautiful pictures on the web. What a disappointment. Instead of quirky and vintage it is run down and poorly kept. Cheap mid-century furniture from someone's grandmother's attic with veneer chipping off the corners and edges. One small folding luggage stand. When I tried to move the desk over a little for another suitcase I found out the top wasn't even connected to the base. The very charming old door to the room had holes straight through it to the outside from old locks, knobs, etc. Even locked a good shove with a shoulder could break through. Safe was barely attached to the cheap armoire. The only saving grace is an excellent staff. All were friendly, helpful, and efficient. Especially Lucas. He did everything he could to make our stay better. Thanks Lucas!

Is terrific hotel in a perfect location. First time in Buenos Aires and this hotel couldn’t have been a better place to start. Minutes from great restaurants and the San Telmo market (not to be missed on a Sunday), the staff were helpful with everything from airport pickup to recommending local spots to eat. We had the big 3 person room overlooking the street. Fantastic balconies, high ceilings and huge windows. The shower was piping hot with great water pressure. All in all I would recommend to anyone, both for the hotel and location.
