"This is a little gem of a hotel right in the middle of the prettiest part of Nuremberg's old town and historic centre. The staff at the hotel couldn't have been more helpful and the woman at Reception went out of her way to suggest places of interest and give advice. Breakfast was really good and the hotel was very clean and quiet. All in all, an excellent choice and great value."
"English speaking friendly and helpful staff. Free bottled water and teas and coffees. This is a small family run hotel, really clean really good amenities and the rooms were perfect for our stay. Buffet breakfasts were always fresh. Staff were always at hand to arrange cabs for us "

"We had a lovely stay, made possible only by the excellent accommodation made for us by the staff at Burghotel. One of the great selling points is the excellent location, particularly for those interested in the fortress and the Albrecht Durer house. We are planning a return trip next year, and will definitely stay here again!"

"The staff was absolutely outstanding and directed us anywhere we wanted to go. This hotel is right in the old town city center and walking distance to just about everything. The modern museum around the corner has a talking robot."
"Great hotel very close to dining and tourist options. Few minutes walk from the castle. Good breakfast (terrible coffee - go to a take away cafe for that), clean room and bathroom, nice green view out window. Walls a bit thin is all I would say negative but all the other up sides make this place well worth it. "
