"A bit out in the sticks off the leave for us Brits travelling from Alps to UK but absolutely amazing hotel. Nice size double classic with room for cot bed (hotel kindly provided). Cute bar with fireplace and amazing food (though not cheap!) I would stay again but best drive there before it gets dark as French roads not lit and we couldn’t see much after coming off the motorway and heading to the hotel. Very pleasant reception staff"

Minor difficulty was no reception on arrival, save a phone number taped to the door. No English spoken, but my opinion is that interpretation is my responsibility. Room key hidden behind flower trough on windowsill, all well after a little concern. A modicum of French is necessary here, but I think the owner was...
