We received a very friendly welcome when we arrived and everything about the hotel exceeded our expectations. The hotel is of a very high standard and situated right in the heart of Saint Quentin with excellent private parking. Breakfast was delicious with an abundance of tasty options including a very large array of different cheeses and fruit We will definitely stay again when coming to France.

The staff were amazing upon arrival and parking was easy in their protected courtyard. There is no elevator, but I saw staff carrying the luggage for senior guests who would have had difficulty with the stairs. Food options are limited, but what was offered was very well priced, quick to arrive and very tasty. Lots of space to sit inside or in the quiet courtyard. Nice bar. There was no need to seek food or drink outside of the hotel, I was very happy. The breakfast in the morning was amazing! I highly recommend this hotel!

Highly recommend this hotel. We cannot fault it. The location is perfect, very quiet yet short walking distance to shops and restaurants. Staff very helpful and friendly. Bed was very comfortable and we had a lovely big bathroom.

The room and bathroom were a fair size. The decoration was OK but too much black made it quite difficult to see in the very subdued lighting. There were some weak details such as no hangers for trousers, only 2 coffee pods (very mean) and unusable plug sockets behind curtains. The bathroom was excellent with a bath and good shower. Breakfast was excellent with a wide selection of foods. The location of the hotel is ideal and the parking a real bonus.

Excellent hotel

Fantastic hotel, extremely clean with comfortable, well thought out rooms. Easy to find with good parking and lovely terrace for an evening drink or breakfast. Very friendly and helpful staff. Easy to drive to and only a few minute walk from the main square.

The staff and cleanliness really makes this a great hotel for a night or two. We stopped here on our way back from Provence and it broke our journey perfectly. Good breakfast options. Our only issue was a TV that turned itself on in the middle of the night!

If you need to stay in town then this hotel is ok. We would not use this hotel again. In particular, 1 staff memember was very unhelpful. We asked 4 times for the air conditioning to be switched on. When you must go up and down 2 flights of stairs this is not amusing. The stairs are dangerous especially with bags. There is no lift. Rooms are small but clean and adequate. Bathroom very small and nowhere to put towels. Strange. Entrance to car park is difficult and you will be charged €13 overnight. This is unacceptable. We gave up trying to use the EV charger. Breakfast was cold buffet but quite nice. We stayed in 4 hotels during our stay in France, this is the only one we would not use again.

Don’t miss this wonderful hotel.

We stopped off on the way back to Calais. What a discovery. A very nice newly refurbished hotel that offers exceptional value for money. Easy parking( recommend booking). Located well in the centre with a number of restaurants close. The Petit Chef is nice! The breakfast served was the best we have had on our recent trip. Wonderful cheeses. And finally really pleasant and friendly staff.
