"My stay at Hotel Fukudaya was great! This was my very first time in Japan, so I opted for the Japanese room. It was very quaint and calming soothing. The staff was very nice and informative. The surrounding area was quiet but close enough to walk to Shibuya area. Great for staying off the beaten path a little but close enough to immerse yourself in the vibrancy of Shibuya. I’d definitely recommend to friends and family! "

"Great hotel with very friendly staff. Had a mix up with a bed which could have been my fault but hotel was very generous and took care of problem without adding any fees. Held luggage hours after checkout and np problem. Rooms and bathroom excellent. Combo washer/dryer tip: do small loads;) 12 minute walk to Shimbuya crossing."

"The property was just a few minutes walk from Shibuya Scramble. Very convenient and a quiet area right before the "scramble." Access to a 7 eleven, family mart and other shops and restaurants. The restaurant at 2nd floor was good as well. "

"Traveled for first time with family from the US to Japan. Stayed at Hotel Vintage Meguro Fudomae for 8 days. We reserved the Comfort Quadruple Room, the room was very comfortable and large compared to others in Tokyo, I loved the shower and bath combo. Location was absolutely perfect, you are one bus drive away from Shibuya and one train away to Tokyo Emperial Palace, and less than a mile away from Nakameguro which is a very trendy area with Starbucks Reserve, parks, shrines, museum and many food options too! McDonalds is also about 2 blocks away. We also ate downstairs at Ordy Cafe, the coffee and pastries were delicious, salad and cauliflower soup were good too! We absolutely loved our stay here. The one thing I didn't like, was that they accessed our room daily while we were out for various reasons, one day for trash, then for towels, then for cleaning, They only clean room every 3rd day. Which was fine with us. Overall we enjoyed and loved our stay and would definitely stay here again. Staff is not English proficient but they try very hard to accommodate you and be helpful. ♥♥♥ Thank you for all for a lovely stay!"

"The Location is perfect with direct access to JR Shikensen and other subway. The staff in the hotel will do what ever is possible to make your stay comfortable. Like everything in Japan the Room are Clean, no noise a plus in such big city. "
