"Rooms need a lot of work. Major upgrades are required and understand there are renovations being carried out. Little things like shortage of towels and wash cloths , water is not hot , sink is slow draining and toilets seat needs to be tighten up Just little things The room was clean , the staff was very friendly and supplied more towels when asked I would stay there again in future but the little things is what matter and first impression is what sells Get the renovation completed then advertise that but take care of the little first eye catcher items. "

"The room was large and had both a fridge and microwave. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. The staff is very friendly and the manager, Juan, is VERY accommodating. He even allowed us to stay in an upgraded room even though the room I booked for an extension was the next grade down (no microwave). "

"The rooms had a smell (old room smell), our tub was broken and our room had a loud noise when the AC would turn on. Our baby woke up several times just by that noise (It was kinda scary) Staff was great and overall our stay was good. Thanks again! "

"La Maison is a great boutique hotel (14 rooms) in a lovely neighborhood to walk around. Being adults only, the property is wonderfully quiet, except for the outside street noise during the day. The rooms, while not 'fancy' have a comfy, european feel and have all the amenities you need (and want) - ironing board/iron, small fridge, luggage rack, extra blanket and even cookies on arrival! The staff is always around during the day for any help or needs. It was lovely to have cold water and sunscreen available by the pool, as we were there during some very hot days. The pool area is relaxing with nice towels. Breakfast is included, and doesn't change, but there is a decent selection of fruit and carbs (cereal, toast, croissant). Would be good though to have unflavoured yogurt and a mix of bagel flavours. Bianca and Sotera are wonderful staff ~ friendly, professional and helpful. They make the place run smoothly and it shows. My Mom appreciated their help so much that she didn't want to leave! I would definitely recommend this hotel, and hope some day to return."

"The room that we had was in terrible condition. There was more putty holding the door together than wood and light could be seen all around it when it was closed. The bathroom had mold around the tub; the furniture was very worn. We asked for a different room and never received it. The ad on Expedia said that there was hot breakfast when there was none! We won't be staying there again!"
