"We had a good stay here, some of the floors were done up but not ours, room was dated but comfortable and clean. Breakfast was nice. Prior to our stay our plans had changed unexpectedly due to reasons beyond our control. We approached the hotel trying to change our date for a much cheaper and less popular one, we did not ask for a refund of difference or anything like this and the hotel repeatedly refused us without listening or considering the situation. The funny thing is they could have made a lot of money off this and make us happy but they chose not to, unnecessarily. Expedia tried to change their mind but this didn't help either. This forced us to stick with the original booking. We will avoid booking with this hotel chain again."

"Breakfast was amazing with free water while dinner you had to buy water which was strange Indoor pool we didn't realise until we went to use that children aren’t allowed to use which was a shame as that was one of the main reasons we booked this hotel, they should have a n hour slot a day where they can use it and kids club closed for two of the 4 days we were there which was another shame"

"Lovely central hotel with great staff. Breakfast was excellent, rooms clean and well kept. The only downsides were the lack of tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms or reception, we objected to having to pay to use a machine. Also I wouldn’t pay extra for a city view room again, we looked directly into the flats across the street and it was extremely noisy at night. "
