This location in the heart of Murcia is exceptional. The room we reserved was spacious, modern, and immaculate. The service was impeccable. We had a good stay here, some of the floors were done up but not ours, room was dated but comfortable and clean. Breakfast was nice. Prior to our stay our plans had changed unexpectedly due to reasons beyond our control. We approached the hotel trying to change our date for a much cheaper and less popular one, we did not ask for a refund of difference or anything like this and the hotel repeatedly refused us without listening or considering the situation. The funny thing is they could have made a lot of money off this and make us happy but they chose not to, unnecessarily. Expedia tried to change their mind but this didn't help either. This forced us to stick with the original booking. We will avoid booking with this hotel chain again.

Wonderful hotel next to the cathedral

This hotel is so comfortable and the service is excellent. I was in one of the new rooms and it is prefect. The restaurant is wonderful and really good value for money.

Parking was very confusing and we ended up paying €40 for 12 hours. No Bar ! There was a nightclub you could have a drink in but had no seating. Cleaner cleaned out room and left the door open, nothing was taken but could have been bad. Beds were super comfortable and hotel was very clean. Great location, albeit very noisy on a Saturday night.
