"Staff was so polite the room and the entire facility was super clean which was an extra plus. The waterpark wasn’t over crowded there were water slides for all ages. The parents enjoyed the bar inside the waterpark the Frosé was to die for. Overall a great experience for a great price and we will definitely be back!"

"We never got into the condo! I never received an email after the initial confirmation. We arrived at the unit, called the phone number provided and I was told they had no reservation for me and that they didn’t even manage that property. I called hotels.com. They had no information either tent credit card was charged and the number the credit card company gave me to call was the same phone number. It was a mess. It was cold, dark, raining, 3 hours from home with a crying baby. I ended up booking thru vrbo with no issues and now have to dispute this charge."
