The front desk (Caroline) and breakfast person (male fellow) were great. Caroline was very personable and shared experiences of the safety of the hotel and area. She offered the sauna and other workout amenities which we were not aware of, and I used them! The other front desk receptionist (male with a beard) was also very helpful in figuring out the bathroom heater rack for drying clothes. I would come back again!

Had a great stay in this very comfortable hotel. Parking, while €15/day, was very convenient in an under ground carpark below the hotel. Breakfast was good, very typical offerings for a decent German hotel. Will definitely stay here again!

The hotel was totally empty at this weekend. It should have been be possible to check-in earlier than 15:00 with a little bit of good will. It's a pity. No place to place the baggage in the room. Car parking for free on weekends and good breakfast.

The staff were friendly and very accommodating. They went out of their way to accommodate parking for our motorcycle. I would highly recommend this hotel. The dining room service and food was amazing, we could tell that it was very popular with visitors and locals alike.

Your hotel is nice and offers good service and great rooms. The same applies to the restaurant service and the food quality. A noticeably big issue for me is that you allow dogs in the restaurant. Since I am highly allergic to animal hair, this is very problematic for me.
