Everything about our stay was perfect, starting with the organic shower gel, which was a lovely and thoughtful touch. The WMF cutlery and the free coffee from the WMF coffee machine added a premium feel and made every meal and coffee moment enjoyable. The design of the rooms is outstanding—modern, stylish, and very comfortable, with great attention to detail. Overall, the experience exceeded our expectations, and we truly appreciated the quality and care put into every aspect of the stay.

Our room was very clean and was ready for an early check-in, which was great and very much appreciated with two young children. The facilities are wonderful with free tea and coffee available at any time in the common areas. The staff were very nice and willing to help, thank you!

This is a great option for staying in Munich. Good value for the money, great staff, easy access to transportation to the city center. One downside is the number of students living at the property - they were a bit noisy on weekend nights. But the staff is great, coffee machines are top notch and the location worked great to explore Munich.

The room was exceptional. Has a cook top ,fridge microwave.nice lights and darkout shades. Breakfast was filling with many choices on the buffet. The bus was only 3 minutes away and took you to other forms of transportation. So you could get to old town in under 30 minutes. Market a short walk and there's a Subway sandwich shop there. Didn't try other food at the Apartment.

A less expensive way to do the Oktoberfest

We expected the small room. We did not expect no heating or cooling. We had to keep the window open for circulation. It was very nice of the hotel to supply a heated towel rack. But it was not nice that the plug was not long enough to plug in anywhere. We enjoyed public transportation being a close walk.

Great stay

Great hotel, family room was great for what we needed. Difficult to find the front of the hotel from the bus stop to start with. A tip if buying alcohol in the vending machine is bar is shut is you need an id card which we don’t have in the UK. Situated across from the English Garden for the start of some beautiful walks which can lead you straight in to Munich town centre if your up for a long walk ;)

The hotel was nice, the room clean and spacious. Breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of options. The hotel was a short distance to downtown. We enjoyed our stay. Notes: Parking has a daily charge. The doors are really heavy. You are a short distance from Old Town but traffic and parking are challenging in Munich so add 30-45 minutes to your travel times.

Great stay overall and would recommend.

Overall had a great stay. Pros: - good breakfast - good downstairs area - Location - bathrooms in family suit was good size - friendly staff Cons - rooms are bit cramped for family (family suit) but assume this may be the case for most hotels near they city - rooms were not cleaned regularly - some days they were attended to some days not ( not sure what the hotel policy for cleaning rooms was)

The property has been better than expected. You have to do most of the stuff online and upon arrival a staff member welcomes you. Breakfast (high quality) is included. You don't have to pay for parking - use streets across the bridge - 300m away for free. The property is the right choice for tours to Munich-City. Good public transport connections. English Garden nearby. Rooms are really quiet. They offer free coffee for the coworking space. Overall recommendation.

The place is well accessible by bus and train to the Munich exhibition. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the rooms are clean. Thanks to the convenient bus and train access, getting to the Munich exhibition is a breeze! The staff is amiable and always ready to help. Plus, the rooms are spotless and welcoming. You'll feel right at home!

A good value for money. Around 20 minutes drive from Munich International airport. Shops and bus stops are just next door. We arrived a bit early (2pm) and allowed to check-in as our room was ready. Overall, it was a great base for few days whilst visiting Munich.

Just a bit out of the center but easy to reach by public transport. Paid parking underneath the brand new building. All was very clean and we liked the atmosphere. Messe was easy to reach with uber.

The property is brand new so some listed amenities like laundry weren’t installed yet. Having a kitchen and 3 grocery stores near by, transportation to downtown and a bike rental station nearby was great. We rode the bikes every day through the English Garden into the city. It was a quick, easy inexpensive way to get around. Rooms were on the warm side and I couldn’t find a source of air so open window a lot but not child safe.

The room itself was fine, other that only one bathroom mirror which is hard when two people want to get ready. Staff very unhelpful, asked questions about travel and how to get about which one staff member, dark hair short bob replied, “it’s not my area to help you, ask someone else at the desk, (then laughed and said) welcome to Germany, that’s how it is here no one wants to help” I found her extremely rude. I then asked the gentleman at the desk and he said just used Uber. I would not stay here again
