"The staff were welcoming and friendly from the moment I arrived. Since I got there early, I decided to book a pampering massage at the spa—one of the best decisions I made! Even though I wasn’t fully prepared, the staff were incredibly accommodating. I highly recommend the massage and bath experience. They even take photos for you, which was such an unexpected and thoughtful touch. The room was lovely, clean, and comfortable. I especially loved the view, and the shower was amazing! I enjoyed both the room service and dining at the restaurant, and I also recommend attending their cultural dance night on Thursdays. The complimentary shuttle to the town center was another great perk. I also took advantage of their private tours. They work with you to create an itinerary based on what you’d like to see, so it’s helpful to have a plan in mind. My guide, Dagus, was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the experience enjoyable. I especially loved the Ubud day tour. The cultural tour, however, is something I think you could easily do on your own, so if I were recommending one to a friend, I’d probably skip that one. Overall, I had a memorable stay and would happily recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Ubud."

"The staffs are great and accommodating. I booked a room for my elderly mum and wasn’t aware that it’s at end of the building (this place is huge) and need to walk up some stairs. She got upgraded to a studio which is just a short walk to all the restaurants and front entry, for 3 nights and no charges. If you after a place to relax, highly recommended. They have gym/spa ( extra charges) , a massive pool and like 6-7 restaurants. Also they have heaps of security guards, as a guest I do feel super safe staying there."

"We had a wonderful stay and truly enjoyed every moment. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and we had breakfast included in our package. Dala Spa was a highlight—relaxing and well worth the visit—and the welcome drink was refreshingly unique, unlike anything we’ve had elsewhere. We also arranged both a full-day and a half-day tour through the resort, and both experiences were fantastic. Our guides, Arya on the first day and Arjawa on the second, were excellent—friendly, knowledgeable, and kept us well informed throughout, including updates on traffic. They shared interesting insights into the local culture and the history of the places we visited. Their recommendations for lunch and dinner were spot-on, offering authentic local spots that we thoroughly enjoyed. We would definitely recommend this place!"

The property itself was beautiful, the location was perfect, and everything was exceptionally clean. We felt comfortable, safe, and right at home throughout our entire stay. "Fabulous hotel, the staff is amazing and really cares about the guests (not the level of mediocre service that you see in touristy areas such as Kuta / Canggu). We stayed during weekdays for two nights and I wish we stayed there for a week. There are daily activities at the hotel, free shuttle to the main area and a spa-center on site. Recommend!"

"We had an amazing stay at the Impiana Ubud. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by friendly staffs and refreshing welcome drink. Our villa was spacious and clean. We loved the pool and the outdoor shower. We absolutely loved the amenities especially the public pool with the stunning view of the river flowing through the valley. Thank you to all the staffs for making our stay memorible. We will definitely be back here again next time we visit Ubud."
