Because we were over the kitchen doorway, the cook and other staff from the restaurant, Wood smoke cigarettes, and their smoke would blow into our room if we had the window open. So unfortunately, we had to keep the window closed and deal with the hot, stuffy room. When I asked about the balcony in Mountain View room, they told me that hotel Porta Cervino was a higher rated hotel than the hotel Manor horn in, so they were upgrading me, even though they gave me a basic room. When we arrived at the hotel, we couldn’t check in, and the restaurant in the hotel was closed until dinner. Our whole day was disappointing, and I would definitely not recommend this hotel nor the hotel Manor Inn, because you would never know what you were going to receive for your money. if you don’t care about your room, and you’re just there to ski, this would be an ideal hotel to stay in, even though I thought it was really pricey for what you were getting."
