Bathroom was dated, reception staff were ok. Annoying you can't sit and enjoy a coffee outside the club area. The hotel lobby was clean, but a very strong smell of air freshner, and slightly on the cold side.

Fairmont Mumbai
The hotel duty managers Simran, Anuj and Mohak are terrible with follow through and the hotel is terrible with communication or inconsistency in general. Do not expect 5 star service
