Had a mishap and informed the hotel hours before checking but they refused to cooperate and refund the money The did not even offered a partial refund. Had my booking company called also and they refused. Horrible customer service they are only interested in the finance aspect not the humane feelings. ...

Courtyard by Marriott Mumbai International Airport
The room was clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The only downside was the heavy traffic outside the hotel, which could be a bit inconvenient. Aside from that, everything else was great. I would definitely stay here again.

Taj Lands End
A fantastic place to stay, staff were attentive and very helpful. Hotel was located in the perfect position to access most of central and southern Mumbai.

Hi rooms were very clean. And staff was awesome SALONI. ANSHIKA. AYUESH. THEY treat us like family. Food was amazing. Love it. When ever we visit next time. Will stay here for sure. Awesome. Thankx guys for this kind of hospitality
