"Just returned from a 7 night stay at Savoy view apartment The accommodation was excellent, everything needed for the stay was provided and the rooms were tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean. We arrived early after a 6 hour drive and expected we’d have to wait around a few hours until check in but we were surprised to notice that the key had been made available a lot earlier which was lovely. The property is in an ideal location for exploring the beaches and coves on the Lizard peninsula....

"First time visiting Cornwall and staying in Mullion at Savoy Bay was amazing! We loved the location and it was easy to drive to the popular hotspots and also to beautiful hidden gems. I was surprised at how spacious the cottage was and how beautiful the decor was as from the outside it looks small! Although there was not direct on site parking, the free public parking area was a 5 min walk down the road"

"Such a lovely little holiday home, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Teg is literally in the middle of nowhere, blink and you’ll miss the turning so make sure you read your email directions. We didn’t! We followed the sites postcode directions which aren’t specific enough. "We were staying as a family of four adults. The location was in a quiet area overlooking the sea in the distance. The accommodation was very specious, clean and well equipped. One bedroom had a small en suite shower and toilet. There was also a bath with overhead shower and toilet in a separate room. "I was very happy with the hotel overall. The facilities provided were excellent, and I had a pleasant stay. My only disappointment was that I did not get the sea view that was shown in the pictures when I made the booking. I was expecting a room with a sea view, so this was a little disappointing. Apart from that, everything was good, and I appreciate the facilities and services provided by the hotel."

"Overall we enjoyed our stay at the Alverton. The room by the courtyard was very nice, and the bed super comfortable. Nice and quiet as well. The one thing that was a bit disappointing was the breakfast - we had decided to stick with the continental option, the buffet was limited, the toast we had ordered never arrived, and my mum’s gluten free toast got there only just before we left, more than half an hour in. I appreciate things can get busy, but it was unfortunate that there was no communication about it."

The breakfast was a continental with a reasonable selection. There is the option to pay for cooked alternatives if you wish. The staff were polite and helpful throughout our stay."

"Despite being at the hotel during a bad storm we had a good stay. We made use of the pool and poolside amenities with our 6 yr old who enjoyed it. We ate at the Brasserie and had the best meal we’ve had for a long time - it was expensive, but worth it. Our room was clean and well presented; it was a luxury family room with a sun deck. All the staff we interacted with were polite, helpful and positive. We’d definitely stay again and recommend."
