"We stayed here for one night while visiting USJ, and it was the perfect location. The hotel is just a short walk from Universal Studios Japan and right next to the train station, making it incredibly convenient. The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Although we didn't have time to try the skyspa during this stay, it looked wonderful. Next time, we'd love to stay for a few nights so we can relax and enjoy the spa as well. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again."

"We had a wonderful stay at The Park Front Hotel. The location is unbeatable—right next to Universal Studios Japan, making it incredibly convenient. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, with excellent views and great amenities. The staff were professional, friendly, and always willing to help. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and everything felt well organized. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Osaka, especially if you’re planning to spend time at Universal Studios. Thank you for a fantastic experience!"

"Room size was massive and very impressive with modern facilities. Room and the hotel as a whole is clean, apart from the obvious leak on the ceiling at front desk with visible mold around the aircon. Other than that, we had a wonderful stay!"

"Beautiful property! Spacious rooms, state of the art facilities, restaurants were impecable. Staff very friendly and helpful. Location is perfectly just a few steps from subway lines. Plenty to see and do within the property. Room views are phenomenal and I could go on and on. I will return to this property for sure."

"Loved, loved, loved it here! We stayed in the room with two bedrooms, kitchen, living room, dining table and balcony facing the city. The room is amazingly spacious. The balcony, rooms and overall space is VERY clean and they also provide a vacuum for you to clean the space yourself when needed in the hotel room too. There is a binder that you should read when you arrive at the hotel that explains every console, information on how to use the kitchen, washer, dryer and shower. It's translated to English which made it very easy to read with pictures and labels. The onsen itself is also very clean and an added bonus after a long day exploring and is free to hotel guests. We stayed for a week as a family of four and our kids loved the hotel too especially with free robes and a vending machine of ice cream downstairs on those hot days. The only downside to the hotel is that convenient stores are a good walk away so make sure at the end of your day exploring, buy snacks or food to bring back to the hotel for late night snacking. At night, there is no night time scene so make sure to go into Osaka to explore the night life but come back in time to not miss the train as they don't run after midnight. Otherwise it would be a very far can drive back to the hotel. Overall, as a family I would recommend staying at this hotel! It is a convenient location to transfer to other trains when going to different places and very close to the train station after a full day exploring Japan."

"Everything was perfect at thr Grand Prince Hotel Osaka Bay. Breakfast for 2 was included during stay. Transportation from hotel to Osala station was almost every 30 minutes which made our trip to Universal studio and downtown so much easier with no cost. There is a shuttle service to Universial studio twice a day. Last great thing was airport limousine service in front of hotel. All staff were very kind and prompt. Hotel is beautiful and has many restaurants and a convenient store. W enjoyed this hotel very much."
