The hotel had no idea what this is for. The hotel just told us to reserve from them directly the next time to bypass these unexplainable charges. "Our arrival experience at Parc Hotel Miramonti was extremely disappointing and stressful. We had booked and prepaid through Expedia for two people, half-board, in a superior room with a mountain view. Despite this, upon arrival we were told that the reservation only covered one person and that we had to pay an additional €70. When we checked the hotel’s own website, the rate for two people with half-board was still showing about €100 less than what we were being charged.

"The location was perfection - close to the buses, the lifts for hikes, and the shops. With the new renovations, the hotel was new and so comfortable. The only gripe I had is the hot tub. One of the main reasons for choosing this hotel was for the hot tub and it was luke warm. Overall, still an amazing hotel and would definitely book again! "
