Magical place, we can’t believe we found this hidden gem. Amazing garden and surrounding area. The breakfast and dinner at the hotel restaurant was great and the personnel super friendly and accommodating! Great for dogs as well!

8:15 pm I received a call from the front desk and I replied we would have been there by 8:45. Upon our arrival at 8:45 we were asked if we wished to have dinner at the hotel. We replied affirmatively and we were told rather abruptly to hurry up because the kitchen was about to close and to go immediately to the restaurant area without even going in our room… the waiter and the rest of the staff were very polite and absolutely amazing was the young Indian lady that was there for breakfast. Unfortunately the lady, probably the owner, that was at the reception was rude beyond words.

Wir waren für eine Übernachtung Gast um das großartige Menü in der Gourmetstube zu genießen. Das Hotel versprüht trotz älterem Baudatums viel Charme. Der Wellnessbereich mit Saunen und schönem Indoor-Pool fanden wir sehr ansprechend. Das Frühstück bietet alles was das Herz begehrt und kostenloser Parkplatz vorhanden.

Eravamo già stati ospiti qualche anno fa. Nel complesso ha un po' perso in tranquillità. Dovrebbero limitare l'accesso ai bambini in piscina solo a determinate fasce orarie, così da consentire a tutti di godersi la zona piscina in tranquillità. Il regolamento d'accesso alla piscina non è rispettato, in quanto vi erano schiamazzi e tuffi di bambini per ore. Abbiamo dovuto rinunciare a usufruire della zona.

Romantik Stafler

Cet hôtel est très bien avec un personnel particulièrement aimable et serviable. De petits plus appréciables, tels que les gâteaux et boissons offerts entre 15h00 et 17h00 et la bouteille d'eau lors de check out. Le moins est le bruit causé par l'autoroute et les trains de marchandises qui passent continuellement, en effet il faisait chaud et nous avons dû laisser la fenêtre ouverte, puisque qu'il n'y a pas d'air conditionné. Cela dit, cela doit être le même cas pour tous les hôtels de la région.

En perle i Sydtirol med Michelin-mad

Vi overnattede på vej til Italien og opdagede en lille perle i Sydtirol med en Michelinkok og meget smukke omgivelser. Super venligt personale, meget dejlig mad og en overdådig morgenmadsbuffet med champagne! Også velegnet til familier da der er bondegård, stor legeplads og indendørs pool og stort wellnessområde. Kan klart anbefales til en miniferie eller sommerferie.

Bereits beim Betreten des Hotels fühlt man sich heimisch durch die nette Begrüßung. Großes, sauberes Zimmer. Separates WC. Sehr schönes geräumiges Bad. Zimmer perfekt! Balkon mit Blick in die Berge. E-Bikes kostenlos zur Ausleihe. Großes Hallenbad ( ca. 15 x 8 m) mit genügend Einzelliegen und 3 Kuschelecken für Zwei. Finnische Sauna, Infrarotkabine, Dampfsauna. Tolles Ambiente. Hervoragende Küche (2 Sterne) mit exzellentem Weinkeller. Nur zu empfehlen. Frühstück das keine Wünsche offen lässt. Alles in allem hervorragend und nur zu empfehlen. Danke!

Charming hotel, Heidi might of stayed here

Really lovely property, however the staff spoke no English and communication was difficult. The restaurant menu was limited and pricey for the area. I would stay again, just skip the food and enjoy the grounds.
