"There was so much to choose from for breakfast! Staff was wonderful and even looked up driving directions for me to get home through the maze of interchanges. Well worth the time for a restful night."

"This is a hotel property in decline, simple as that. The thing is they all seem to be relatively easy fixes, if they just cared to make them. The first thing I noticed was the deteriorated and sticky TV remote, it was truly disgusting. (I requested a new one from the front counter, and the guy gave me one that looked almost new, but that's not the point.) The coating on our tub was also clearly coming off. Of course only certain electric outlets worked, but I find that to be true in a lot of "cheaper" hotels. The people we were travelling with had issues with a blinking light in their room and the electronic card reader just to get into their room, throughout their 3-day stay. (In fact, at one point, they couldn't get into their room to change clothes for a memorial service an hour later because the card reader wouldn't work and the front counter lady was at Walmart across the street. Seriously!) I also noticed, walking out at 8:00 a.m., a clump of dirt that had started to break up in the middle of the lobby floor in front of the front desk (so, the first thing you see coming in)... the clump of dirt stayed there well into the afternoon, when it easily could have been swept up by some employee that cared. Lastly, the breakfast was horrible... runny and slimy eggs, bland sausage, hard (!) tater tots (how do you mess up tater tots?!?), just very disappointing and not really worth it for "free." We should've stayed at the La Quinta in town instead!"

"Had to switch rooms 3 times. Dark out curtains had huge gap in it from being torn. The 4th floor was leaking water through the light in my shower on the 3rd floor. This obviously had been going on for a while. They changed rooms to next day, and the TV wouldn't work. Then we changed again. Anyway, had to pack and unpack 3 times in a 2 day stay? Staff was apologetic, but come on Hilton, you can do better. I pay a premium to stay at a brand hotel and expect more. The breakfast also lacked. No creamer out for coffee. No waffles, just pancakes that tasted like rubber. Some fresh fruit would be nice or some muffins."

"The property was clean, and the staff was great, but the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash containers are at the end of the tub/shower where the contents can’t help but fall on the inside of the tub making it very slickly. I slipped and bruised my shin pretty bad while trying to get in the shower. So, be very careful when getting in the shower! Also, we stayed three nights, and the second morning while we were trying to get dressed for our grandson’s graduation, all the lights in our room went out. The man who was on duty at the front desk could not find the problem, and brought us a lamp. He eventually put us in another room which was fine. Overall, it was an ok experience. However, the people at the front desk were exceptional, and the breakfast was absolutely wonderful!"
