"Slight but serious issue with booking as Hotels.com didn’t have multiple Hound Hotels listed like Busan. Big location issue so contacted the hotel immediately but no answer ☎️ Contacted Hotels.com by chat and they couldn’t reach the hotel after multiple attempts. A final attempt got through but futile, as the hotel stated they cannot communicate in English. Why on Hotels.com 🤷🏻♂️
Maybe they need someone to refer to in these situations 🇺🇸 🇬🇧

"The hotel is in the same building as a mall, therefore you can just walk downstairs and shop. Also it's located in a really transited area, at night it's a little busy but not noisy. Staff were nice and the hotel was clean."

"I stayed 2 nights in the Junior Pool Suite Double Room at Hotel Susung, with a beautiful view of Suseong Lake. The room was spacious, had a jacuzzi, and included a bidet in the bathroom. The rooftop pool offered a stunning panoramic view, and the breakfast buffet was delicious."
