Convenient to so many wonderful places to see, different types of restaurants, and historic culture. Hotel was very nice, very clean and hospitable. I’d definitely recommend it to my bestest friends!

Our room was fabulous! It was clean and spacious. I loved that I could unpack my suitcase and put my clothes in drawers and hang them up. I appreciated the full sized mirrors. The bathroom was spacious which made it easy to get ready. The staff was very quick to answer questions or help us when needed. The hotel breakfast was amazingly delicious. I highly recommend staying at this hotel.

Bad service attitude

My wife stayed in this hotel for 4 + 5 nights, with a break in between where she went to Daegu. On her first period of stay, she found the room temperature was a bit cold. So on her return to the hotel for the second stay, she asked for the temperature of the room to be adjusted at her check in to 21 deg C. Two technicians turned up to do the adjustment, however none did their job and none could explain to her (in English) of what they did. The room temperature was at a high of 26 deg C and going up to 27 deg C while she was trying to get someone's attention. Eventually a male manager turned up, checked and told her the temperature sensor might be defective (meaning the room temperature wasn't that high) and asked her to wait for an hour for the temperature to come down. By that time my wife has been in the room for three hours and could clearly feel the heat! Eventually my wife had to ask me to talk to the manager on the phone (I wasn't with my wife as this is her solo trip) and complained before she got allocated another room. The issue here is not a defective air conditioner but the service attitude which seems to be-little a woman's request and opinion.

소음과 직원응대

일반적으로 깔끔해서 위생상태는 만족스러웠습니다. 다만, 옆방과 방음이 안되서 밤 늦게 12시가 넘어서까지 시끄럽게 떠드는게 계속 되었고 리셉션에 이 부분 부탁했다는 알아보겠다고만 하는 간단한 답변만 주셔서 직원의 응대가 아쉬웠습니다. 다음날 출장 일정으로 자야 하는데 너무나 괴로워 벽을 세번 치니 그제서야 조용해진 옆방 소음이였습니다. 동성로 중심지까지 거리가 좀 있지만 소음문제와 직원대응의 아쉬움으로 다시 찾지는 얺을 것 같네요

대구에서는 그래도 규모가 있는 호텔인데 욕실에서 하수구 냄새 나고, 중앙 난방이라 너무 더운데 창문도 폐쇄형이고.... 다시 이용하지 않을 것 같습니다.

다음에도 또 이용할 계획이 있는 숙소 입니다.

위치도 좋고 청결 상태도 좋았습니다. 침대도 넓고 화장실도 깨끗하고 아침에 조식 서비스가 있는데 먹지는 않아서 어떤지는 모르겠어요. 서문시장과 동성로 가깝고 사거리에 위치해서 차량 및 오토바이 소음은 있지만 창문 닫으면 안들려요. 복도도 넓고 층고도 높아서 건물 전체가 좁아보이지 않습니다. 단점은 딱히 없었어요.
