"The location and staff were excellent, and the breakfast was very good. However, the rooms looked much better in the photos than in reality — they felt quite worn out and in need of updating. Our group booked two rooms, and housekeeping unexpectedly added mini bar charges to both bills. The front desk removed the charges once we pointed them out, but since the same thing also happened at the Iguazu property, it did not feel like an isolated mistake. It left a disappointing impression and is something guests should pay close attention to when reviewing their final bill. Overall, while the hotel has some strong points, the overall experience was not good enough for me to return."

"Good apartment with plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. I was staying in a room facing the street which was very noisy during the night, not great for light sleepers unfortunately"
