Excelent Hotel and location

The staff at the hotel provided an amazing customer experience. The rooms were incredible comfortable. The breakfast was great and if they didn't have something you could ask. They were also incredibly accommodating to gluten free options.

Refund request due to airport strike

We only stayed 2 nights originally suppose to be 3 nights because of a strike by baggage handles in Buenos Aires all flights to the city was cancelled. So we are requesting a refund for Feb. 28 one night due to the strike. Hotel says Expedia or Hotel.com is responsible for the refund. Please investigate and as we are seniors the refund would be greatly appreciated.

Excellent hotel for visitors, the staff was always welcoming and willing to make arrangements with our travel schedule. Thankful for the quick response from the staff when we needed something. The restaurant quality was excellent, the food was always fresh and made with high standards.

The Hotel has a great location, near restaurants, bars and covenience stores. The room was clean and looked exactly like the photos. We had a minor issue with the shower and was fixed immediately. The service was excellent, all employees are very friendly.

El mejor servicio de comidas SIN TACC

El nivel del desayuno siendo celiaco es INCREIBLEMENTE BUENO, El personal esta preparado para resolver cualquier duda al respecto. Quisiera destacar a Ailin, quien no solo se ocupo de que tuvieramos productos sin TACC en casa desayuno, sino que tambien estaba atenta a cualquier necesidad. Despues de 20 dias en el hotel, no tengo mas que agradecer a todos los que trabajan en el mismo, las chicas del desayuno excepcionales! todos en la recepción excelentes! las chicas de limpieza y camaristas geniales.
