"Breakfast was the best thing about this hotel, with hot protein options. One morning the juice/water dispeners were switched but the new one for water was not rinsed from previous juice. The staff is the most cheerless group of people I have ever seen. They do the minimum, friendly, but never engaging. The front desk did not offer any information about breakfast location or hours. They talk to each other and are always on their phones when obvious work was in order like the breakfast area could use table cleaning, everything was tacky sticky. One night a huge cockroach crawled under the door into my room. I would not stay again because although the staff was never rude they were depressing to be around. "

"Worst place ever. Was told to leave when I complained about dirty sheets with sex. Stains from previous user will never stay there again can’t explain how awful this place turned out to be "

"We did not get the room I paid for and was told we could change for the second night, but they did not transfer us to the room. We had 1 bed when I signed up and paid for 2."

"Friendly staff except we needed to use the pull out couch. It was pulled out and there were crackers/crumbs, etc. went to the desk to get new linens and a blanket and got told rudely by the female that they don't normally do that. Insisted on the items. Was told "she would have to write that down". Went to the desk the next morning and the nice gentleman said that was unacceptable and he was reporting it to the manager. Otherwise, very clean, good food selections for breakfast. Gave an excellent overall rating. "

"Run! Don’t stay here! I booked the room because the reviews were good but once we got there we quickly changed our minds and left after 30 minutes. I will say that the guy checking us in was nice but our room was gross. There were multiple holes and patched holes throughout the room. Kind of makes you wonder what’s happened in there! Even the bathtub had been patched up. Didn’t even want to sit on the couch. Heck, even the cover for the key card had been reused and was all torn up. We ended up driving 30 minutes down the road and stayed at the casino, in a beautiful fresh clean and safe room."
