Tru By Hilton Toronto Airport West

2/10 Terrible

"The shuttle service runs less frequently than other hotels around the airport, and the driver does not seem to stop at the right place and does not bother to check whether there are remaining hotel guests waiting to take the shuttle. I waited for the shuttle for 45 minutes. It would have been much better to just take an Uber than wait for the shuttle, while the driver does not bother to stop at a right place or check for remaining guests. Also, the signs on the shuttle is not clear enough for guest to recognize that the shuttle is for Tru by Hilton."

Sandman Signature Mississauga Hotel

4/10 Poor

"Gangs of kids roamed the corridors making the elevators difficult to use as they called the elevator, but did not ride it. The kids were rude, vulgar, and obscene. That distracted us from a pleasantly designed hotel, the room with a seating area was a treasure. The proximity to the airport, the airport shuttle and the surrounding restaurants were good, shame about the guests."

10/10 Excellent

"Breakfast was great! There was an omelet station, sausages (chicken and beef), fresh fruit, lots of pastries in addition to the usual breakfast items (yogurt, cereals, juice, etc). Room was big and very clean. The only thing not really working was the TVs. I believe both remotes needed batteries and there was no option for streaming platforms, just cable. "
