"The rooms were nice and they were remodeling all around the property. The breakfast was good and was fresh juice. The pool looked nice but I didn’t go in it. They had excellent water pressure and clean sheets. The whole property had a nice tropical theme with walkways and a little sitting areas hidden away from everyone I would definitely go again"

"The hotel was lovely. There were some issues with the door in our room and they immediately moved us to a new room no questions asked. The food was excellent and the staff was extremely courteous and helpful. A big shoutout to Debbie at the front desk - I broke a molar our first night there on Sunday night. It was very painful and the tooth needed to be extracted. Debbie found me a local dentist close to the hotel and made arrangements for me to be seen first thing Monday. She arranged transportation and made sure I got to the dentist and back to the hotel. She followed up with me everyday for a week to make sure I was ok. I could tell she genuinely cared. I found her to be an extraordinary and caring person and she made me feel safe and comfortable at a time when I felt pretty vulnerable. Warwick is lucky to have her as an employee. "

"My stay at Baha Mar was overall wonderful. The property itself is absolutely beautiful — very clean, modern, and visually stunning. Our ocean-view room was spectacular and one of the highlights of our trip. The pools, beach, and overall atmosphere all felt high-end and relaxing. The only downside was the inconsistency in staff knowledge. Several times we asked for directions around the resort and many employees didn’t seem familiar with where things were located, which was surprising for a property of this size and caliber. Another issue happened at The Swimming Pig. The bill already included a gratuity (which is fine), but our server told us the gratuity “goes to Baha Mar, not to the staff” in an attempt to get us to tip again. We later confirmed this wasn’t true, so that part felt misleading. Overall, we still had a great experience and would return, but I hope management addresses staff training and transparency with tipping going forward — it would make an already beautiful resort even better."
