I’ve stayed at Comfort Inn’s before and have loved it, that’s why I sought one out in that area. Unfortunately, we were surprised to find that it was the home to many low income residents and or homeless, several of whom were all hanging out in the entrance and lobby. Besides the scraped and chipping paint on the walls and ceiling and doors, the floor grout in the bathroom looked like a 5 year old did the work. Also, when the friend I was traveling with went out later that night for a cigarette there was a used condom in the elevator on the hand rail. Needless to say we were very disappointed and had we not been traveling all day, would’ve left.

Bathroom was dirty and the floor was falling apart at threshold of bathroom. Floor in room dirty. Looked like it had not seen a mop in weeks. Sticky areas on floor still there. I had to keep loading the internet because it kept going out. Breakfast was ok. It just ended too early and the dining room was cold. They don't allow you to take your food up to your room. So I had to eat in a cold dining room with a lady and her dog! I'm guessing it was an emotional support dog or something because they didn't say anything about her bringing it in the dining room with her. I was told that there are no animals on the 3rd floor when I asked for a room on the 4th floor. Somehow, I heard barking throughout the day and evening coming from the lady's dog with whom I had breakfast who were also on the 3rd floor!

First room they put us in , was completely filthy , dirt and paint all over sheets , walls and tub was by the most disgusting and wreaked of stale air only to be put into another room that wasn’t as bad but when I woke up the next day realized the blanket was covered in stains the room itself wasn’t terrible with minor chips of paint and dirty chairs ( as to be expected) but when it comes to the beds the last thing they should have is stains on the sheets sorry but never booking here again

Key cards you had to have a “truck” to open the door. 2 key cards later they finally told me how to open the door. Tiles missing and large cracks in the tub/shower, not enough towels in the room for showers and missing shampoo in the shower. The morning staff was nice but breakfast was very slim, barely anything to eat, no juice and the coffee was disgusting. Major disappointment.

Staff is friendly helpful and accommodating. Breakfast is complete, bountiful, and almost unlimited variety. Rooms are mostly clean and staff respects you do not disturb sign on door.
