"The staff was very courteous and patient. The rooms were nice and clean. The property and its architecture will transport you to Portofino Bay (in Italy) while being in Orlando. They have water taxi connections 3 of the parks which was very useful. I wish we had spent more days enjoying the property itself."

"Beautiful and charming place with lots of history. Patty and Christina were amazing and gave my mom and me a Beautiful room very close to everything and in the first floor . Brittany at the bar was excellent too. In general it is a very peaceful place where you can recharge at the pool looking at the beautiful lake with the charming trees around you. Thank you for an amazing time with my mom"
