"Everything was pretty good, but the Chicken Schnitzel, when it arrived at my Table, it was flat as a pancake and when i cut it and chewed it, it was like chewing on hard burnt leather and the salad was a few pieces of cabbage an two half pieces of tomato. The chips were great, crisp and yummy. I did not want to complain as the person cooking it could be new, or flat out, or having personal problems, or just did not care. Anyway, this is just to let you know, my stay was great and will stay with you guys again next time. Thank you"

"I loved the location, and the room was exceptional. There was a real difference in service depending on the day, however. I wish I had recorded the name of the exceptional staff member who checked me in Sunday Morning. She was friendly and professional and have me a fantastic range of activities to do while was waiting for my room to be ready. When I returned, she remembered me and asked me how it went. Phenomenal intro to the hotel. The free breakfast was a highlight when the regular staff member was working. The guy who covered for her on her days off was about an hour later than her getting the cooked food ready, forgot to put out some items and generally looked stressed and unhappy. It also took three days of asking in the morning to get my shampoo dispenser filled, although someone did refill the soap which was 75% full already and left the shampoo empty, which was nice. I'd absolutely stay again if I got another good deal"

"The upstairs loft rooms are great although security by the way of the door locks could be improved. A chain loop on the inside and make the door lock auto lock so you only need the key to enter but not required to lock as this caught me out once. So handle to open from the inside to leave but no key required to lock up. Other than that it was a good stay. :)"
