And was flirting with another customer and holding a conversation with him like she wasn’t even paying attention to checking me in. She messed up 2 times during the process because she was trying to check me in and speak to another man that was drinking and flirting "

"The staff is very rude. I've called 4 times for them to release the hold on my card from the deposit. I've talked to 2 different people and both stated they would email a receipt and they still never sent it. Keep the money I guess someone there needs it. Use it for all the mold and nasty carpet"
