The breakfast was amazing. But night staff was rude she was putting lotion on while in middle of checking me in at night. And was flirting with another customer and holding a conversation with him like she wasn’t even paying attention to checking me in. She messed up 2 times during the process because she was trying to check me in and speak to another man that was drinking and flirting

Staff were nice and the highlight of my stay. The hotel was clean but lackluster. I appreciated the nightly rate being half of the downtown Tuscaloosa hotels. The drive to my child’s apartment on 15th St was quick and easy, so location-wise it was great. Had problems with the toilet in my room and it has to be snaked twice within 12 hours. I’m not sure why my room was not serviced during my last full day there, especially since when I left my room the housekeeping cart was in front of my door. If I was rating this on “you get what you pay for,” then 5/5. Realistically it was 3/5.
